Koinonia House National Ministries

KHNM Board of Trustees

Koinonia House® National Ministries (KHNM) is governed by a national board of trustees who meet quarterly (4 times throughout the year). The board is supported in its fiduciary responsibility by several working board subcommittees. Those committees meet on a regular schedule that they have set up for themselves and report quarterly to the full board their activities. Those committees consist of:

  • Personnel Committee
  • Program Development Committee
  • Board Development Committee
  • Advancement Committee
  • Ad-hoc Committees
  • Banquet Committee
  • Koinonia House® of Wheaton Selection Committee

All board members have been a part of KHNM and/or served on a sub-committee prior to serving as a board member as per the process of coming onto the board. Prospective board members fill out a board member application and go through a series of interviews with the Board development committee as well as other board members. Once a prospective board member has been interviewed, he/she is then eligible to be considered as a board member upon the favorable recommendation to the full board by the Board Development Committee.
